Noobie question I know. Can you add +30 Health to a Tormented Sword?

Sure can. You can mod it with whatever you like.

Yeh you can add a prefix and suffix always (in this case hilt and pommel),but they have to be inscribable if you wanan add an inscription. In the case of the torm sword that's the strength and honour bit.

Also note (if you didn't know) that you can remove/overwrite any mods that are already on it.

No. Not unless they added some stupid clause preventing Perfect Salvages from working.
